I am Rachel Clark, LPC I am a licensed professional counselor and the owner of HOPE Mental Health, LLC. I have been conducting mental health services within the Idaho region as a LPC for the past few years now, helping individuals, families, children, couples, and many more with compassion, love, understanding, and respect. I have learned that all walks of life are different, every person is unique and beautiful, and we all have a story (e.g. could anyone help if they have not been through something similar?), that's the question. Sometimes all you need your journey is to have the courage to start walking and make a path, not alone, not blinded, but with support and education, encouragement, coping patterns, and Insite as well as the opportunity to be heard, and start to let yourself heal.
